  • This kick is simple, and can cause an attacker great pain and injury…
  • It works on male and female attackers…
  • It’s a fast attack, and difficult to stop…
  • It may take a few seconds for the pain to register, so this is a kick that opens the attacker up for another strike or kick…
  • Watch the videos, and practice. It takes about 2,000 – 3,000 repetitions to instill “muscle memory” so that the movement is automatic. If you train twice a week for twenty minutes and do 20 of these kicks each session, in twelve months you will have done over 2000 repetitions…
  • When you train, don’t over-extend your knee joint…

  1. Thaks for putting this up. I’ve been studying Krav Maga for years, it is simple and it’s equally complex. The Israeli Defense force fighting system is used to kill the enemy. KM taught in the U.S. is for self-defense, J.C.

    1. Thank you, sir. We’re going to start posting more of these type articles. We’ve been preaching self-defense so we will start teaching it…as much as possible on a website. We are big into Krav Maga, and it’s the combative system I recommend. It’s simple, no-nonsense, effective, and it’s a “living system”…If it works, they add it in, if it doesn’t they leave it out…
