Drunk Illegal Alien hits Motorcycle, Killing Rider and the Unborn Child of the Passenger…

A man died and an injured pregnant woman lost her baby when a motorcycle they were riding collided with a truck in east Travis County Saturday afternoon, said the Texas Department of Public Safety. Both people are in their 20s.

It happened at about 4:15 p.m. in the 3500 block of South FM 973 just south of FM 969 while the ROT Biker Rally was going on nearby at the Travis County Expo Center.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, a 2010 Ford F150 was driving northbound on FM 973 when the truck veered into the southbound lane, hitting a 2001 Yamaha motorcycle.

Austin-Travis County EMS pronounced 28-year-old Raul Diaz dead at the scene. The woman, who was thrown from the motorcycle, suffered critical, life-threatening injuries. Medics transported her to Dell Seton Medical Center. Authorities later said the woman’s baby did not survive.

Police arrested the driver of the truck, 38-year-old Cesar Corona-Quiterio on charges of intoxication manslaughter and intoxication assault.
