Obama “Dreamer” Brutally Rapes and Beats a 19 year Old Woman in “Sanctuary State” Washington…

A 23-year-old DREAMer in Washington state is accused of brutally raping a 19-year-old woman in her apartment complex’s gym and leaving her with severe facial injuries — including a broken jaw and dangling ear.

The woman ended up stumbling home with missing teeth, a bloody head and wearing only a black tank top, according to court documents obtained by Fox News. She was working out in the gym in Burien, a Seattle suburb, before the June 25 assault and did not know her attacker, police said.

Salvador Diaz-Garcia, an illegal immigrant who was a recipient of Deferred Action on Childhood Arrivals, or DACA, is now facing second-degree assault and rape charges in the vicious attack. He also faces child molestation charges for allegedly assaulting a 14-year-old the same day the rape occurred.

His DACA status has been revoked and he now may face possible deportation, officials said.

According to police, the woman was on the treadmill of the gym at 9:15 p.m. when Diaz-Garcia stood behind her and kept asking her questions. She asked him to move.

Diaz-Garcia then violently attacked her, police said, leaving her with a broken jaw, a broken nose and her ear partially ripped off.

The victim told police that a month before, her attacker had groped her and then ran away. Diaz-Garcia lived in the same apartment complex as the victim, but the two had never met.

He was arrested four days after the attack when witnesses and surveillance footage allegedly captured him watching girls at the complex’s pool just before the attack. Investigators say they found what they believe is the victim’s blood on his pants. A rape kit found DNA on her.

“The state is extremely concerned for the defendant’s brazen, bold, and violent behavior towards young women,” prosecutors said in court documents.

Diaz-Garcia was granted DREAMer status in 2013 and renewed it twice since then, most recently this past January. Immigration officials said his DACA status was recently revoked.

Burien passed a sanctuary law in January, but now there’s a backlash. Residents have gathered enough signatures to force a vote on if the city should continue to shield undocumented immigrants. Residents are likely to vote on the issue in November, which could be the first referendum of its kind in the U.S.

“You want to lean toward having this welcoming ‘we want everybody here to be happy and feel safe,’” said Debi Wagner, a Burien councilwoman. “How can we guarantee that if we don’t know anything about people living in our midst?”

Diaz-Garcia is being held on $350,000 bail in Kings County Jail.

  1. Lars Larson Show: Criminal Alien of the Week Report

    August 3, 2017

    Lars:

It has been an interesting first week in the month of August when it comes to criminal aliens (illegal aliens) here in the Pacific Northwest states of Oregon, Washington and Idaho.

This week we take a look at for your radio listeners at an illegal alien who has been a participant in the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (CIS) Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program who now faces serious criminal charges in Washington’s King County.

On Thursday, June 29, 2017 Salvador Diaz-Garcia, age 23, was arrested by law enforcement in the City of Burien (King County Sheriff’s Office provides law enforcement for the city). A view of the King County Jail website reveals Salvador Diaz-Garcia has been charged with Assault, Assault in the Second Degree and Child Molestation in the Third Degree. Diaz-Garcia’s bail has been set at $350,000.00.

The charges against Salvador Diaz-Garcia (Current booking #217019023) are related to his alleged violent attack on a 19-year-old female and in an unrelated incident evolving the alleged molestation of a 14 year old girl.

According to local news media, a King County Sheriff Deputy’s incident report described the 19-year-old female as having extensive head injuries that included right ear torn and dangling, front teeth missing or damaged, upper lip torn and head cuts. Details about the molestation of 14 year old girl are also covered in by the same online local media outlet.

Wanting to know the current immigration status of Salvador Diaz-Garcia, I contacted via e-mail and a phone call on Thursday, August 3, 2017 Western Region Director U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Spokesperson Virginia C. Kice.

Just hours later, on same day, here is what ICE Spokeswoman Kice had to say via e-mail in response to my inquiry for information on Salvador Diaz-Garcia:

“David…as I mentioned on the phone…we have lodged a detainer against this individual…although as you know…very few law enforcement agencies in the Washington honor our detainers.” – Virginia C. Kice

I had also inquired from ICE Spokesperson Kice about Salvador Diaz-Garcia’s DACA status, so the ICE Spokesperson forwarded my questions to U.S. CIS Spokesperson Gillian M. Christensen.

Here is what CIS Spokesperson Christensen had to say on the afternoon of August 3rd about Salvador Diaz-Garcia’s DACA status:

“Salvador Garcia Diaz was granted DACA in June 2013 and was an active DACA recipient at the time the crime was committed. His DACA has been terminated today, per standard procedure, based on his criminal arrest.” – Gillian M Christensen

    Analysis of the preceding information:

It is fortunate that Salvador Garcia’s current bail has been set at $350,000.00 because King County Sheriff John Urquhart has been prohibited by a September 3, 2014 Metropolitan King County Council Ordinance 17886 from honoring federal immigration detainers.

Since November 10, 2009 when the Council of King County passed Ordinance 16692 county law enforcement has been prohibited from enforcing federal immigration law.

To the further detriment of enforcement of federal immigration law, the City of Burien Mayor and City Council in January 9, 2017 passed Ordinance No. 651 prohibiting city police from enforcing federal immigration law.

Without a doubt, the Metropolitan King County Council and the City of Burien Mayor and City Council have tied the hands of county and city law enforcement from forming any cooperative agreements with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to enforce federal immigration law in the county.

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services’ termination of Salvador Diaz-Garcia being an active Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals recipient means there is one less of the approximately 17,843 active US CIS DACA recipients living in the State of Washington. A reminder about DACA, “Deferred action does not provide lawful status” (DACA recipients and their parents are all illegally present in the United States).

The Center for Immigration Studies, a Washington, D.C. based immigration issue think tank, has identified King County, Washington, where the City of Burien is located, as sanctuary for illegal aliens.

If the residents of King County and City of Burien want to be protected and safe from threat illegal aliens who commit criminal acts like those allegedly committed by Salvador Diaz-Garcia against a 19 year old woman and a 14 year old girl they should contact their two United States Senators and tell them to pass the “No Sanctuary for Criminals Act and Kate’s Law” this congressional legislative session.

Lars, the first week of August and another criminal alien report for Lars Larson Show KXL FM 101.1 radio listeners.
