Google has taken it on itself to attack right wing sites by lying about their content. Often they use Snopes, which is a left wing lie factory that parses words to make the truth seem a lie, lies seem real, and sometimes they just outright LIE…
Google, the most powerful search engine in the world, is now displaying fact checks for conservative publications in its results.
No prominent liberal site receives the same treatment.
And not only is Google’s fact-checking highly partisan — perhaps reflecting the sentiments of its leaders — it is also blatantly wrong, asserting sites made “claims” they demonstrably never made.
When searching for a media outlet that leans right, like The Daily Caller (TheDC), Google gives users details on the sidebar, including what topics the site typically writes about, as well as a section titled “Reviewed Claims.”
Vox, and other left-wing outlets and blogs like Gizmodo, are not given the same fact-check treatment. When searching their names, a “Topics they write about” section appears, but there are no “Reviewed Claims.”
In fact, a review of mainstream outlets, as well as other outlets associated with liberal and conservative audiences, shows that only conservative sites feature the highly misleading, subjective analysis. Several conservative-leaning outlets like TheDC are “vetted,” while equally partisan sites like Vox, ThinkProgress, Slate, The Huffington Post, Daily Kos, Salon, Vice and Mother Jones are spared.
Maybe Google can “fact”-check one of their own employees’ claim, made in a public talk presumably authorized by Google, that xhe was a “yellow-scaled wingless dragonkin” and also “an expansive ornate building.”
Now, if you’re saying to yourself, “Look, sister, I can buy the yellow-scaled wingless dragonkin identity, and even the expansive ornate building identity, but not both at the same time, see, that’s because this Google employee (who is totally sane and can be trusted not to dig into your personal information) is a “Plural Being.”
Hey, if you can’t trust a “yellow-scaled wingless dragonkin” who is also “an expansive ornate building” to be impartial, who can you trust???
Google is also actively purging its ranks of people who are normal, or as we call them “Conservative Americans”…
The James Damore lawsuit describes the horrifying and insane conditions at Google in great detail. To no one’s great surprise, Google is run by lefties like a radical campus. The lawsuit comprises over 160 pages. But the other individual suing Google, David Gudeman also has an interesting story.
On November 9, 2016, a few days after President Trump was elected as President, Sarmad Gilani (“Gilani”), a Google employee, posted the following message on a Dory thread (an internal forum where Google employees can ask questions that other Google employees can respond to): “As someone already targeted by the FBI (including at work) for being a Muslim, I’m worried for my personal safety and liberty. Will Google take a public stand to defend minorities and use its influence, or just issue the usual politically nuanced statements about our values.”
Gudeman responded skeptically to Gilani’s claim that he was targeted solely due to his religion by asking, “In the administration of the most pro-Muslim president in history you were targeted just for being a Muslim? Why didn’t you file a civil rights suit? The Justice Department would take your side if it really happened.”
Gudeman further stated that at the suggestion of another Googler, he searched Gilani’s story of being profiled, and found “zero evidence for the claim that [Gilani] was targeted just for being a Muslim.” Gudeman posed more questions about the FBI’s motives for looking into Gilani such as the fact that Gilani had recently visited Pakistan, and that the FBI could have possibly found something interesting about Gilani’s trip or the region that he visited.
You can guess what happened next.
In response to Gudeman’s legitimate questions, a fellow Google employee became hostile and stated that she had to escalate this thread, meaning that she reported it to Google HR.
On or around December 5, 2016, Google HR reached out to Gudeman to discuss his comments, including those surrounding Gilani’s post. Google HR stated that Gudeman had accused Gilani of terrorism based on Gilani’s religion, and this was unacceptable. As a result of Gudeman’s “accusations,” Google stated that he was being terminated.
Notably, the lawsuit contains multiple examples of employees making racist comments, regarding white people, and even issuing death threats, with Google HR giving them a pass. This is really ripe for a government investigation.
James Damore’s lawsuit has some insight into Google’s corporate “culture”…
The lawyer representing former Google engineer James Damore and another former Google employee in a class action lawsuit against their former employer appeared on Breitbart News Tonight recently alongside Breitbart Senior Editors-at-Large Rebecca Mansour and Joel Pollak to discuss the growing issues that conservatives are facing in Silicon Valley.
Joel Pollak began the interview by asking Dhillon to summarize the claims that her clients are making against Google and how they relate to the current issues of social media platforms censoring conservatives.
“Well the lawsuit is punitive class-action, so we’re seeking class status,” said Dhillon, “the two named plaintiffs are James Damore, who you mentioned and another fired software engineer David Gudeman, both of them are conservatives, both of them are white men. Both of them complained in the workplace about the quota system that Google has in place for hiring people and the incessant social justice warrior mentality that forces everybody at Google to toe the line with regard to hating on people who supported the President, or refusing to acknowledge people’s right to believe that there are two genders instead of multiple genders.”
Dhillon continued, “from top to bottom there’s this bubble of very very liberal groupthink that is at the same time very intolerant of people who have more traditional values. So James is somebody who I would call — he calls himself a classical liberal, not necessarily a conservative, more libertarian, free-thinker type, guy who was in a Ph.D. program at Harvard after getting his masters and decided to join Google — he was recruited there. He worked there for a few years and he got tremendously good reviews throughout his entire tenure there.”
“To get promoted at Google you have to check off the boxes prescribing to their diversity policies by attending diversity training, etc. So he went to one of these and you know it was all groupthink and it was all about how the fact that Google has fewer female engineers than male is because of bias and how everybody needs to get rid of their biases so we can achieve 50/50 parity. He [James] said ‘well wait a minute, why are we only looking at gender and these sort of characteristics, are we thinking about diversity of thought here or are we thinking about anything else and you know is your model really true.’”
Breitbart News Senior-Editor-at-Large Rebecca Mansour at one point brought a situation described by Dhillon at Google where men were put down, shamed and in some cases publicly booed, as a “carnival atmosphere.”
Dhillon replied, “I wouldn’t even call it carnival, Rebecca, I would call it re-education camp. I would call a company-wide meeting where the two senior executives, the Chief Financial Officer and another came to a meeting and they kind of called out different business units and how many women and men they had and if it was a business unit that was doing really well and had close to equal or equal 50/50, they cheered and clapped. And if it was a business unit that was called software programming or whatever that had fewer than that, they booed.”
Here are some of the more outrageous claims in the court filing:
- BLACKLISTS: The filing claims the company keeps blacklists of conservatives, calling them “hostile voices.” One even proposed a company-wide list of “people who make diversity difficult” aimed at conservatives.
- DON’T HIRE WHITE MEN: One internal message listed in the lawsuit states an outrageous “alternative proposal” for hiring, a “moratorium on hiring white cis heterosexual abled men who aren’t abuse survivors.”
- GROUPTHINK: Company workers are expected to abide by the “Googley way,” code for what the lawsuit claims is just an “ideological echo chamber, a protected, distorted bubble of groupthink.” Those who don’t follow the “Googley way” end up paying the price. “Google employees knew they could harass Plaintiffs with impunity, given the tone set by managers,” the filing states. “And they did so.”
- HARASSMENT BONUS: One example of that harassment: Google has a “Recognition Team” that lets employees give peer bonuses to fellow employees. While these bonuses were “typically reserved for outstanding work performance or for going above and beyond an employee’s job duties,” the lawsuit claims one was given to an employee just for arguing against Damore’s politics.
- ANTI-TRUMP: Given all that, it should come as no surprise that supporting President Donald Trump is a major sin at Google. “You can’t support Donald Trump without also supporting his racism, misogyny, homophobia, and transphobia,” one Google employee wrote in the company’s internal messages, according to the lawsuit. “Or even worse, if you vote for Donald Trump because of his economic policy or because you feel the other party is corrupt, then what you’re saying is that economics is more important than the safety of your peers. This is where my tolerance ends: with intolerance.”
